What should I do?

You may already know what you want to do to change the world and make money, but what if you don’t?

Apply these 3 criteria to decide:

  1. What you like (or would like to know)
  2. What you are good at (or know)
  3. What there’s a need for in society

What you like

This is sometimes called your passion. When you have a passion for something, you spend more time on it because you like what you’re doing. You’re less stressed about it. So you succeed more.

What you’re good at

This is your skill. When you’re good at something, it’s easier for you. So you do better at it. When you try something that isn’t easy for you, it’s a strain. For example, some people are good writers; others are good speakers. So design your business around what you’re good at. This could also mean what you know. If you have knowledge in that area, that’s a good place to start.

What there’s a need for

This is the market. You  might like robbing banks and you might be good at it, but society certainly doesn’t need more bank robbers! You can see if other businesses are in the same niche and seem to be doing well. If so, there’s a market for it.

Good luck!
