Who do you serve and who are your clients? 

We work with online course creators who have already built an audience through several social media platforms: YouTube, podcasts, and SEO.  They may have one or several courses, from several thousand visitors a month to millions of visitors per month.  They already have courses and already have an audience. They just haven’t figured out how to get more of their audience to buy. We help them sell their content to their already established audience.  They almost always have an email list.  But do not email very often, maybe 2 to 3 times a year. They may email content more than that, but not offers.

What is their problem, their need, and what are the symptoms of that problem?  

They have been making content for years, whether it is videos for YouTube or a blog post.  They have sold them, but wonder why are they not making more money.  They have heard about email marketing and funnels, but they are not sure how to leverage these methods to increase their income.

What are the common mistakes people make or obstacles they face when they’re trying to solve the problem on their own or with other solutions?  

Well, they usually create more content, and get more followers, instead of promoting the content they already have.  And they promote them again a few times a year on Black Friday, July 4th, or the New Year.

What is unique about your solution that helps people avoid those mistakes or overcome those obstacles so they can finally solve their problem?  

We have developed a process that helps increase followers and also increases income with 3 steps that are most important:

  1. Creating a bigger email list
  2. Making more sales per email
  3. Increasing their income per sale through upsells and bumps

What’s one tip that people can use, one valuable free action that you can recommend that people can implement that will help them with their problem?

The use of bumps at your checkout page will bring in around 30% to 60% more purchases.  These are additional items that you can sell in addition to what has already been purchased.  They use just 2 – 3 sentences describing your add-on products, and with them, you can increase your revenue by 20%.
