You can read a short summary of her answers below and get the link to her free course.
Who do you serve and who are your clients?
I have been helping and serving entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses for the last 7 years but I have 15 years experience in business as well as in coaching. I believe entrepreneurship is the next wave of the future and specifically the revolution for wealth for women. Even thought 40% of businesses are owned by women, we only account for 4% of the revenue.
I love the ability to make as much or as little money as they want doing things that come easy to them.
What is their problem, their need, and what are the symptoms of that problem?
I work with 1) people who have an idea but don’t know how to monetize or don’t know what steps to take forward (they’re usually pre-6 figures) and 2) people who are more established who want to grow their business effectively.
What are the common mistakes people make or obstacles they face when they’re trying to solve the problem on their own or with other solutions?
You can get overwhelmed with all the answers on the Internet and there are so many opinions. They think they will save money but trial and error and spending time trying to figure out what’s next ends up costing you more than investing in your business in the first place.
For more established entrepreneurs, they don’t know what they don’t know. The steps are processes are different.
What is unique about your solution that helps people avoid those mistakes or overcome those obstacles so they can finally solve their problem
I teach a framework method. I believe that every person’s business is unique. I don’t have “5 steps to success.” I start with the building blocks and then we go on to see how those fit each person’s business.
I ask what are you values, what’s your genius… and then we work out a framework but incorporating the way they work and what their customers need.
What is one high-impact free action that you recommend that the audience can implement that will help them solve the problem?
One of my biggest tips is taking inspired action. People often feel they have to follow all the advice they’re getting. but 99 of the actions aren’t going to make an impact. Instead, focus on one or two that are a little big, a little out of your comfort zone, those actions will take you a lot further than the “should” actions. You can get overworked and then you’ll want to quit your business in a year.
What is one free valuable resource you can direct people that will further help them solve your problem?
I have a great free training to both launch and monetize their business. Go to leap.briseeley.com and you can register and it runs you through a lot of my frameworks so you can start making money from your business!
What’s the one question that I should have asked that would give you, that would give great value to our audience?
When you’re looking for feedback, it needs to be filtered through your needs and your vision. You have your own perspective so be sure to 1) ask the right people and 2) give them enough backstory so they can give you the advice YOU need

Thank you, for this interview, Ellen and Bri! I found it to be affirming to some strong instincts I have had. And that is amazing to me, at such an early stage in my business growth!
Hi Ellen and Bri! Regarding high-impact free action that you recommend, can I ask for more concrete example of an inspired action based on your own experience? I have a million things in my head that I want to do for several business ideas I have but how do I know which is an inspired action to take?
Hello Bri, can you please clarify who are these right people to ask when asking for feedback about my business? Thank you!
I’ve signed up for the free training. I’ll see if I can get more clarity. Thank you!
