If you don't have it, go to this page and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used to purchase the product, and click Send Reset Password Email. You'll get a message that an email has been sent. It will have your username and a temporary password in it. Use that to log in, and then if you wish, you can change your password here.

We process all payments through PayPal, so if you have a PayPal account you can go to this page and follow the instructions to cancel a recurring payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, contact us here and we'll cancel it for you.
From the email address you no longer wish to receive our mailings from, go to the bottom and click Unsubscribe.
